Stuff dates with blue cheese, wrap with bacon, secure with a toothpick and fry in a pan until golden. Add a small amount of balsamic vinegar and LOTS of sugar to a small pot and let simmer until the mix has reduced to half (warring, this will stink up your house, open all windows before making your sauce).
This is what Sunny Beach looks like at night; bright lights, lots of tourists from around the world, people dancing, singing and having a great time.
When you wake up before sunrise it’s a whole other story.
It can be a bit cold at first but when the sun comes up everything is fine again.
The streets are barren.
This guy is getting ready to open up shop.
The beach bar expects customers in about an hour or so.
Every morning a group of workers set up chairs and umbrellas.
The early bird catches the fish.
The guy in the wetsuit has a metal detector, I wonder what treasures he finds?
The cleaning crew on an electric buggy and some leftover drunken Brits.
A group of “quality” people from Manchester.
Chicken, lamb and pork rotisserie on and open fire…only 4 more hours to go!
I love Sunny Beach!
