A Katerini treat.

We discovered this delicious appetizer at a cute, super packed restaurant in Katerini, Greece last February. It’s so easy to make and tastes fantastic.

Layer a finely sliced onion, slices of goat feta and a tomato, drizzle with olive oil with a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh bread.
