Christmas eve and crafts.

Alright, we all know that I’m a little bit crazy…especial when it comes to food and crafting. As per tradition, I made an all seafood meal: warm crab dip, coconut shrimp, shrimp cocktails, a Polish Christmas dish called “ryba po grecku”, quail eggs with Russian caviar, smoked salmon pancakes with cucumber, prawn crackers with avocado and salmon jerky and Matt made a Polish mayo potato Christmas salad.



Just waiting for me to turn my back.
