Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Hollow out your tomatoes with a spoon and place on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle a little bit of goat feta and green onions into each tomato.
Crack one egg into each tomato, season with salt and pepper and place it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Spread guacamole onto a piece of toasted bread.
Plop the eggy tomato on top of your toast.
Sprinkle everything with more goat feta and fresh basil.
