Ethiopian dinner tonight.

Injera bread made with my sourdough starter (which will never rise but tastes good), lettuce and cilantro, sour cream or yogurt, yams with garlic, ginger, red onions and honey with a  ground pork version or Doro Wat.

Very easy! I didn’t have the traditional ingredients at home so I improvised: 1 cup of my sourdough starter (it doesn’t rise but it tastes good), 1-2 cups of half white flour / half rye flour and soda water. The consistency should be very soupy like crepe batter. Pour a thin layer on a medium hot dry non-stick pan, wait for bubbles then flip.
