I’m not drinking wine tonight…

Ok, that didn’t happen.

We’re eating fish and chips tonight. Black cod and prawns with tomatoes, sunflower sprouts and homemade tartar sauce on a mini kaiser with oven baked kale chips.

Tartar sauce:
Mayo
Relish
Sacha’s marinated jalapeƱo
Powdered Mustard
Fresh parsley

Kale chips:
Kale, cut away the stems
Soy sauce
Fresh ginger
Garlic
Worcester sauce
Tahini
