Leap Day leftovers have been transformed into a Hot Chicken dinner.
Preheat oven to Broil.
Take an old, rock hard baguette and break it into large pieces onto a pan. Heat up leftover turkey in gravy and add a few green peas. Spoon everything onto the hard bread. Top with cheese. Broil for a few minutes and voilà! I sprinkled fresh Italian parsley and mom’s homemade red pepper jelly.
